Have dyslexic people got a internal voice

On Radio 2 today Fern Britton spoke to Gary Chevin saying that dyslexic people don’t have a internal voice and the ease one of the reasons why we are dyslexic.  And why there is such a high percentage of dyslexic people in prison.  Got to admit my internal voice doesn’t seem to be working like most people’s but I do have one maybe I trained it to work some time ago I don’t think it’s still working to its potential. link to Fern Britton Radio 2
